Ambury Farm Day is on of Auckland Regional Council's (ARC) biggest annual events. This day is filled with farming and recreational displays, such as sheep shearing, cow milking, butter making, farm animal petting and feeding, clowns, entertainment, pony rides and so much more. We had so much fun last year so we are not to miss it this year (12 Oct 2008).
What I am looking forward to is the "Cow Lotto". Ganito yung game. The kids have to guess which square the cow will drop their "bomb". The child who chooses the right square wins a prize. One year the kids came up with a slogan and were shouting it out, over and over, at the cows…"one, two, do a poo". Nakwento ko yon sa mga bata at sobra silang excited.
