Ambury Farm Day

Nagpunta kami sa Ambury Farm Day kahapon. It's a park owned by the Auckland Regional Council (my employer) and it's about 30kms from our place. The weather forecast said it's going to be windy and rainy day. Totoo nga. Buti na lang we got some sunshine enough to have fun in the park.
The day was filled with farming and recreational displays, demonstrations and activites, such as wood chopping, sheep shearing, face painting, farm animal petting and feeding, live entertainment, vintage tractor ride, and more...............

We also went for the tractor ride.

It was a special day according to my kids. I couldn't agree more. We really had fun despite the weather. It was a taste of real kiwi farm living.
